  19. No.  They are the 3.1 ROMs developed by C= before the end.
  20. Basically, C= developed 3.1, and created the build-lists for each version
  21. of the ROM (i.e. A500 version, A1200 version, etc), but went under before
  22. they were in general distribution.  (In the Native Developers 3.1 kit from
  23. C=, it lists the various build files for the 3.1 ROMs, and has one for V40.65
  24. ROM for the A1200 - the list is dated November 3, 1993.)
